Rent your perfect wedding dress from Something Borrowed in three easy steps.
1. shop and try
Explore our curated bridal wear selection, including wedding dress rentals and bridal accessories hire. Contact us for personalised style advice and try our convenient home try-on option. Discover testimonials from satisfied brides with our Something Borrowed service.
2. Borrow
Once you've chosen your items, specify the rental dates at checkout for the total rental cost – we suggest beginning rentals 2-3 days before your wedding. Your wedding rental items will be shipped to your selected address via Evri with tracking details. Enjoy wearing your Something Borrowed on your special day!
3. Return
Return your used items to us with the provided packaging. Use the pre-paid label, then drop it off at the nearest Evri store or inquire about our London and Wales drop-off spots. We handle the cleaning process for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I accidentally damage the item?
We store your card details at the time of purchase. If you return an item damaged or we do not receive the items back then your card will be charged the full item value or equivalent repair costs for the item. If lost in transit this will fall as the responsibility of the third-party service provider.
Can I alter my BORROWED dress?
We allow temporary length alterations on Bridal items at an additional cost but this is handled on a case-by-case basis. We advise against this to ensure your items can be borrowed more frequently in the future. You must discuss and agree on this with us at the time of the rental agreement. Please contact us for more information.
What if the dress I like doesn’t fit?
We know that fit is important and offer some options to help your experience in getting this just right…
- We offer a home try-on service where you can try up to 3 dresses on at home before confirming your rental
- We’ll do our best to help you find another dress if the ones you’ve picked aren’t suitable!
Can I cancel my rental?
Cancellation is free of charge. If cancellations are less than a month before the booking date then there is a 50% penalty charge.
