What if I'm not sure the dress will fit?
That's exactly what our Home Try-On is for. Try up to 3 dresses at home before committing. 9 in 10 brides who try go on to rent - it really does work.
What if it doesn't arrive in time?
We ship 2 to 3 days before your wedding with full tracking, and we monitor every order. In the rare event something goes wrong, we're on hand immediately. Unlike a peer-to-peer platform, you're dealing with us directly.
What about cleaning and condition?
Every item is professionally cleaned and quality-checked before it reaches you. We're not a peer-to-peer platform - we own and care for every piece in our collection.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes, cancellations are free of charge. A 50% fee applies only for cancellations within one month of the booking date.
What if something gets accidentally damaged?
We're reasonable - minor wear is expected. For anything beyond that, we charge repair costs or the item value, and we'll always be transparent about what that looks like upfront.
Can I make alterations to my rental dress?
We allow temporary length alterations on bridal items at an additional cost, handled on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch before your rental date to discuss options.
